Understand
We look at how the company works today: flows, data and systems. What comes out is a map of where time or money is being lost, and what it costs to fix.

Decide
A plan ordered by priority: what each item covers, how much work it takes and what it should return. The drawbacks are written down, not mentioned.

We build with our team, with yours, or with both, and deliver in stages that enter real use early. When we finish, the work carries on without us.

A five-year plan for autonomous machinery
A fleet that today needs an operator on board had to move to autonomous operation in the field, and there was no established path. We produced the whole plan: stages, investment and indicators.

Granting loans with no person involved
The platform takes a request for a personal loan and resolves it on its own, end to end: several programs share out gathering the data, assessing the risk, calculating the interest and refinancing the debt.

Checking drawings without reading them one by one
Checking a drawing before it reaches the site was done by hand, sheet by sheet. The platform reviews it on its own and flags what is missing, while fixing it is still cheap.

Ordia Labs.
We lead software and artificial intelligence projects end to end, from the problem to leaving it running. We work with large corporations and with companies of just a few people, coordinating cross-functional teams.
Emiliano Ballesteros leads the work. The person who answers is the person who runs the project: there is no account executive in between.
